re: Using AI

I used my AI tool of choice, Claude, to have the back and forth I describe in the video. I uploaded several text files that I exported from the interactive worksheets I created when testing the materials for Optionality’s Q1 Sprint starting later this week (see below for discount code and link).

I gave it a very basic prompt (“Please review, give me your learnings about my 2025 and how I could use them to inform deciding what I want 2026 to be.”) I also asked it to suggest other useful prompts I could have used, so I can suggest that list of prompts to our Sprint-takers. '

re: Optionality and our Q1 Sprint starting Thursday

We’re kicking off 2026 with our first Sprint, called Roadmap to Restoration.

In times of great uncertainty, many of us are trying to figure out how to restore our sense of clarity, confidence, purpose, direction (and for many of us, we may not exactly have been so solid on those to begin with!) This Sprint is a tight six-week combination of reflective homework, weekly live learning and discussion sessions, and ongoing community support. The Sprint comes with access to the full community, so you can get a great look at Optionality in action.

I have a personal 20% discount code for the Sprint that I’m only sharing in my private communities: Q1FOE

Please join us for the Sprint, or if it’s not what you need right now, I hope you will check out the new no-cost Community membership (both available here):
